This group is for Linux users, and is intended to share and to show all that makes them comfortable with their free OS environment! So please feel free to join and make it as if it were your own lounge!
As any group we have some rules, so please read :Submissions :- The submissions limit for folders is 2 per day per member.
- The submissions limit to the "Desktop Samples" folder is 1 per week. Why ? The purpose is to have a collection of useful tools for our members.
That's also why the folder is called "Desktop Samples", because we are expecting screenshots that has been prepared and really organized to be useful "samples" for others, not just a printscreen. It's not a question of subjective quality, more a question of how people are involved in their deviations
!
- The contest folder will only be open for contest time and will allow three submissions per month per member only!
Deviations and contents :- no copies of proprietary software will be accepted.
- licenses must be followed, and links, credits and permissions must be added to the comment of your deviations when you use others works in it.
-mature content is accepted, as long as it has a mature tag
General rules about the group :- we follow the dA policy

- we encourage or members to submit and promote others works. So, please, feel free to submit works of other members and collaborate with each other. That's what Linux is made of !We're a free community and we respect the freedom of others.

- KDE themes : KDE, KDM themes
- Compiz and Emerald themes : compiz and/or emerald themes or stuffs
- Other desktop themes : Xfce, *BOX Themes, *WM Themes, etc...
- Icons and Icon Themes
- Cursors and cursor themes
- (NEW) Desktop Widgets : All cool stuffs as widgets, widgets styles, screenlets, covergloobus things etc...- Dock themes : AWN, Cairo-Dock, Docky Themes, etc.
- Conky stuffs : all conky related files
- System sounds
- Mixed Customization packs : all other themes packs
- Desktop samples : useful screenshots
- Freebies - Miscellaneous (anything free to use for your desktop or your lounge
)
- Contest : all contest items
- Journals : all group news posts with journal skins, since they need a folder, it seems
